ISKCON Perth is overseen by a local management committee, known as the Executive Committee (EC), led by two Co-Presidents, Sitaram Laxman Prabhu and Yadu Srestha Prabhu. They are assisted by six committee members, including a Vice President. Each committee member is supported by departmental heads who are tasked with achieving the objectives of their respective departments. The EC convenes monthly to review accounts, make policy decisions, and facilitate information sharing among members.
